Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS. All shipments include tracking numbers, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by country (typically 5–21 business days)
  • International orders may require additional processing time
  • Customs delays are beyond our control

⚠️ Customs Duties, Import VAT & Fees: All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are assessed by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in your order total at checkout. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Discreet Packaging All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.

Tracking & Delivery Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate - we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages Refused or undeliverable packages that return to our facility will incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
