Refund policy

Certain medical devices including Ferticare 2.0, Vacuum Pumps, Viberect Pro are non-returnable once shipped. Intimate Rider is also non-returnable due to its intimate nature. Please see individual product pages for specific return policies. 

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund minus restocking fee within 5 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted for returns. Refused unopened items that return to our facility will incur a 20% restocking fee.  No open item is refundable after sale. 

Please note, our products are medical devices and/or for personal use.  For health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be resold and must be destroyed to protect both customers and staff from potential health risks.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, tampering or alterations of product in any way or due to attempting to open the device, improper handling, cleaning or misuse of the product or failure to follow the instructions in the User’s Guide. Manufacturer’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at its option, of a defective product.

Credit Card Purchase Term and agreement

By using Medical Vibrator secure checkout, you are approving charges to your credit card to process the order entered. By using your payment in the online shopping cart, you are agreeing by electronic consent approval for product and applicable shipping charges (if present) to the card used. Customer agrees not to dispute or charge back credit card charges for products ordered and received, for products not returned or products returned without authorization. Customer understands and agrees that chargeback’s outside the terms of this agreement may be sent to a third party agency to collect payment as an unauthorized charge back results in a debt owed to Orion Medical Group.  Any additional fees or costs resulting in the process of collecting a debt will be the responsibility of the customer.
