Product Return Policy

Certain medical devices including Ferticare 2.0, Vacuum Pumps, Viberect Pro, and Intimate Rider are non-returnable once shipped. Please see individual product pages for specific return policies.

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund minus restocking fee within 5 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted for returns. Refused unopened items return to our facility will incur a 20% restocking fee. No open item is refundable after sale.

Please note, our products are medical devices/ personal use. Once opened, it can not be resold and must be destroyed due to risk of communicable diseases to our staff.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, tampering or alterations of product in any way or due to attempting to open the device, improper handling, cleaning or misuse of the product or failure to follow the instructions in the User's Guide. Manufacturer's liability is limited to the repair or replacement, at its option, of a defective product.

International customers  are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and tariffs imposed by their country. We are not liable for any additional fees charged by customs once the package reaches your country. Please check with your local customs office for potential charges before ordering.
