Product Return Policy

Due to the nature of products like Ferticare 2.0, Vacuum Pumps, Viberect Pro, Intimate Rider, and similar devices, we’re unable to accept returns once items have been shipped. For health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
